My cat was able to figure it out right away, she seemed pretty comfortable with it so didn’t really need to use the acclimation guide. The feeder feels sturdy enough, the stainless steel bowl is a nice plus since it’s easy to clean. I’d say it’s worth the investment :))"

“This Pawspik feeder is the best auto feeder with pet detection in the market right now. There’s another brand that makes a similar feeder that I used to use. Pawspik is way better than that one. No whisker burn and has open mode (it closes when my other cat tries to steal). It’s great for my super anxious cat. Taking care of my cat who needs a prescription diet has been sooo helpful with this feeder. It has also helped reduce the overall stress levels and fighing between my cats because there is no more food stealing. I love this feeder so much that I’m ordering a second one for my other cat.”

"I really like this fountain bowl. It was easy to assemble and runs quietly. There are 3 modes to select how frequently the water flows. I have it set on motion sensor. The sensor does well at picking up when the pet is near. My beagle likes to drink flowing water and went immediately to drink from the fountain when I turned it on. The bowl may be a little small for a beagle. He does end up getting water on the floor at times. I have not had to clean the pump yet but it does seem fairly simple to do."
