SECTION 6A – SUBSCRIPTIONS, AUTO-RENEWALS AND BILLING AUTHORIZATION

If you purchase a product or service offered on a subscription or recurring basis (“Subscription”), your Subscription will automatically renew at the frequency disclosed at checkout unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees, without requiring prior approval for each charge.

Subscribers are required to complete a minimum of two (2) consecutive billing cycles before becoming eligible to cancel.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time:

Any cancellation request submitted before completion of the minimum commitment period will take effect after the second billing cycle has been fulfilled.

To avoid being charged for a subsequent renewal after the minimum commitment period, cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal cutoff time disclosed at checkout.

Once a renewal charge has been processed, the Subscription will remain active until the end of the then-current billing period. No refunds, credits, or prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change Subscription pricing with advance notice where required by law. Continued use of the Subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend or cancel the Subscription until payment is successfully processed.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control.

Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or conditions of any kind. Your use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
