Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time ship the next business day. A tracking email is sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the continental U.S. and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or P.O. boxes at this time.

Address issues & delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is marked Delivered but not received, contact the carrier and then email us within 7 days so we can help.
Lost or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or is stuck in transit, email support@pawspik.com within 7 days of the delivery scan (or expected delivery) with photos and your order number.
Order changes/cancellations
We work fast! If you need to cancel or update an order, email support@pawspik.com immediately—once an order has shipped, changes aren’t possible.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on for PawsPik® Automatic Microchip RFID Pet Feeder. Coverage includes lost packages, theft & porch piracy, damage during transit, and mis-delivery by courier, with fast and easy claims resolution.

During peak seasons or severe weather, processing/transit may extend by 1–2 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
