For the first 8 HRS the cat feeder will keep your food at 0 degrees for fresh keeping, for 9-24 HRS your pet’s food will be kept at a low temperature for freshness.

How long can I keep raw meat in the automatic cat feeder?

We recommend not having raw meat (such as chicken, fish, or beef) in the automatic cat feeder for longer than 4-8 hrs. (Please ensure it is included in the first meal of the day)

How long does canned food last in the smart pet feeder?

Canned goods can be kept in the smart pet feeder for up to 24HRS.

How do I clean the pet feeder?

All bowl parts and the lid are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. (ice packs should be wiped clean only)
