Why is water not coming out through the pump?

What could be occurring is potentially 1 of 3 issues.

1. Ensure that the fountain is fully charged and that the main water bowl is at least half way full. 

2. Soak the water pump in water for one minute, then take it out, shake off the water, and reassemble it. This could help remove any air which may be preventing it from pumping water. 

3. It’s possible that the inside of the pump is clogged due to water quality issues, please disassemble the water pump, remove the cover and the impeller rotor inside, and try cleaning the water pump with vinegar and rinsing then reassemble.
