Why is My Fountain Overflowing?

What could be occurring is potentially 1 of 3 issues.

1. Confirm that you have been filling the fountain up to the proper fill line. 

2. Ensure that you have followed the correct steps for maintaining and replacing the fountain's filters as not soaking the filters, or not changing them out prior to the recommended time frame could be what's causing the fountain to be overflowing. Attached is an image from our listing of the recommended way to install the filter. 

3. The pump may be clogged due to water quality issues, please disassemble the water pump, remove the cover and the impeller rotor inside, and try cleaning the water pump with vinegar and rinsing then reassemble.
