Why is my fountain not working or running water?
The engine may not be connected properly, please try holding down the engine and tweak it left and right. A video demonstration has been attached below.
If this does not resolve the issue, please attempt the following:

Make sure the batteries are sufficiently charged.

Ensure the filters have been properly replaced and soaked.

Clean the fountain and replace the filters/ sponge.

Ensure that the water bowl is at least half way full or not over the fill line.

Only the provided adapter is being used.

Ensure the pump is correctly connected and assembled.
