What should I do if the feeder door is not opening for my paired pet or is not keeping a denied pet out?
Confirm the mode that your feeder is in through the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Paired Pet Section on your app home screen
2. Determine which mode your feeder is in, either:
a. (Default Mode)
b. ( Non-Default Mode)
3. Determine which mode your feeder should be set to:
(Default Mode) - Should only be used in households where cats are wearing ONLY a tag or using an embedded microchip (not both at the same time).
(Non-Default Mode) - Should only be used if your paired pet has a migrated microchip and has to wear an RFID collar with their embedded microchip at the same time. When non-default mode is selected the feeder should be in closed mode.
