What is the PawsPik return policy and which items are eligible for return?

PawsPik offers a 30-day return window for purchases made through pawspik.com. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the item is delivered, based on the carrier’s tracking information.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, together with the original packaging, accessories, components, manuals, tags, and inserts. Customers must also provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

PawsPik reserves the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, contamination, pet hair, odors, modification, missing parts, or improper packaging. Sale or clearance items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
