What are the warranty and return policies for the Automatic Microchip RFID Pet Feeder?
We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the date of delivery.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted for issues related to microchip compatibility. The PawsPik® Automatic Microchip RFID Pet Feeder is designed to work with ISO-standard microchips only.
Because microchip compatibility depends on factors outside of our control, we cannot accept returns resulting from any of the following:
- Microchip brand, model, or manufacturing standard
- Age or degradation of the microchip
- Signal strength or transmission capability
- Implant location within the pet’s body
- Pet orientation, movement, posture, or size
- Fur density or other physical obstructions
- Defective, outdated, or non-standard microchips
If you have any questions about your pet’s microchip type or compatibility, we strongly recommend contacting our support team before purchasing.
Returns for Product Defects
Returns will only be considered if the unit is confirmed to be physically defective or non-functional, including but not limited to:
- Failure to power on
- Inability to detect the included RFID tag under normal operating conditions
To help us evaluate your claim, supporting evidence such as photos and/or videos may be required.
Warranty
We proudly offer a two-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship from the original date of purchase.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional charge, subject to our warranty terms.
