What should I do if my feeder has stopped reading my approved pet's microchip?

Ensure that the feeder meets the following criteria to avoid interference issues

  • Unit is placed away from metal objects, appliances, or other feeders

  • Unit is placed at least 6 feet away from other PawsPik feeders

Try unplugging the feeder, and plugging it back in, and then resetting the feeder as shown in the image below then reattempt to pair your pet to the feeder while ensuring any other microchips are at least 3 ft away.

If resetting the feeder does not resolve the issue, try removing the device and its data from the app, and then adding the feeder back to the app again to see if this resolves the issue
