Is My Cat’s Microchip Compatible With the Feeder?

Our feeders are designed to scan ISO Compatible microchips only. You can tell if your pet's microchip is ISO compatible by checking with a local registry or contacting your vet. ISO microchips are 15 digits long and also have a 134.2 kHz frequency. We would recommend having this information confirmed before purchasing a feeder as we do not accept returns due to incompatible microchip types.
