Error 26

Error 26 indicates that the switch is telling the feeder when the door opens is stuck. 

This is most likely due to a kibble managing to get inside the body of the feeder and getting lodged inside the switch. We'd ask that you empty the feeder and then lightly bang it against the floor on the sides and front of the feeder (it is very durable, so you don't need to worry about damaging it). 

If the feeder still doesn't work, please open the bottom panel and clean the interior chamber to remove a fragment of food that could be stuck. 

I've attached an image of how to remove the bottom. Once the bottom has been removed please check on both sides of the track for any food or debris and thoroughly clean it.
